Keep the sand downhole.

TruFlo-N

Polymer sand aggregation.

TruFlo-N is a water-dispersible polymer that changes surface charge on sand and fines. Particles form stable, porous aggregates. Oil still moves. Sand and proppant stay in the formation. Water mobility drops.

  • Low formation-damage risk compared with resin consolidation
  • Retreatment is possible
  • Placed by bullhead or coiled tubing
Sand aggregates after TruFlo-N treatment
Treated sand after aggregation — porous, not a solid plug.

TruFlo-DS chemistry

DS307

Near-wellbore damage treatment for tight rock. Dissolves scale, fines, and emulsions so permeability can recover without a full workover.

DS902

Waxy scale dissolver for paraffin and asphaltene in tubing and near-wellbore. Aimed at flow restoration, not a solvent dump.

DS602

Chelant for barium and strontium sulfate scale. Non-corrosive to typical completion metallurgy.

Water shut-off is scoped from the same well file when water cut, not sand, is the constraint.
